Marissa is part of the 2018 OSP Fall Semester. She is a sophomore at the University of Washington in Seattle where she is planning to major in Political Science with minors in History and Classical Studies. She enjoys swimming, writing, and languages.

At the end of my first day in Beer-Sheva, I went to the pool. Somewhere in that moment, underneath the haze of nerves and exhaustion, things seemed to… click. Moving across the planet from Seattle to Israel went from an abstract intellectual concept to reality.
